In this groundbreaking concert, the first of the new millennium, we honor Jewish women with a program of breathtaking music by talented women composers. Don’t miss the World Premiere of Andrea Clearfield’s Women of Valor, a magnificent oratorio that weaves ancient texts amidst poetry from today’s finest writers.  The “bewitching” (Jerusalem Post) Hila Plitmann and “luminous” (Washington Times) Gail Dubinbaum join the orchestra as vocal soloists.  Captivating music by Meira Warshauer, Tsippi Fleischer, and Fanny Mendelssohn promise to complete an afternoon to remember.
